Dr. K.R. & Kathy Prasad | Woodlands Owners

Kathy and her husband, Dr. K.R. Prasad, are the owners of the Woodlands facilities and reside in Mahoning County. The Prasads are dedicated to providing two of the most advanced and upscale facilities to the community. They also offer Woodlands Home Health for residents who choose to go home and want to continue their care. Kathy is a lifelong resident of Mahoning County, growing up in Campbell and working in her family’s grocery store – Evanski's on Twelfth Street. A graduate of YSU, she was a social worker and later the Administrator of Woodside Receiving Hospital. Dr. Prasad – a psychiatrist – has practiced in Trumbull, Mahoning, and Mercer Counties since 1975.

Dr. Thomas Fogarty | On-Site Physician

Dr. Fogarty is the attending physician at HamptonWoods and AustinWoods. He is on site five days a week, Monday through Friday. He is also always available to our nursing staff for calls, questions, and concerns. Dr. Fogarty works exclusively with our facilities and is one of our most valuable assets.

Frank Antalocy | Chief Financial Officer

Frank came on board with the family-owned business and 1998 as our Chief Financial Officer. He is the son of Kathy Prasad. Frank’s experience and skills have added to the balance of our administrative staff.

Sally Demidovich | Woodlands Administrator

As the Administrator of Woodlands at HamptonWoods and AustinWoods, Sally provides leadership and direction to each of our departments. She has more than 20 years experience in her field and knows what it takes to make facilities successful. Sally’s "open door policy" makes residents, employees, and families feel at ease.

Kim Amendolara, RN | Woodlands RN Nurse Liason

Kim is the RN Nurse Liaison of Woodlands at AustinWoods and HamptonWoods. She will visit your loved one in the hospital or at home to arrange admittance to our facilities. Kim’s excellent assessment skills assure proper care will be delivered at the time of admission. She will also provide the support needed for a smooth transition to our facility.

Rick Learn | Woodlands Corporate Chef

Our corporate-certified chef, Rick, oversees the daily activity in the kitchens of Woodlands at AustinWoods and HamptonWoods. He is also responsible for meeting the nutritional needs of each of our residents. Rick’s creative flair and delicious dishes delight our residents every day. Restaurant and family-style dining exist in both of our facilities.

Alane, our Billing Manager, oversees all accounts receivable. Alane is well versed in most payment options and insurance providers, as well as Medicare, and Medicaid. Alane is always available to assist you and answer any questions regarding billing.
