Arthritis Aquatics Program

A warm water program taught by a certified aquatic instructor and helps participants maintain flexibility and stamina. This program is an off-campus activity and is co-sponsored by The Arthritis Foundation and recognized by many physicians.

Supportive Services

Our social workers provide a link between Woodlands and the family. A licensed social worker is available to discuss Advance Directives such as a Living Will or Power of Attorney for health care. At discharge, the social worker will help arrange for any special care or equipment the resident might need.

Woodlands understands the importance of nutrition; therefore our full-time Registered Dietician and Certified Chef oversee the daily nutritional needs. Our Residents have the option of enjoying our daily specials or they may order off our menu, if our specials do not appeal to them.

Hospice Care

The goal Woodlands strives to achieve is to keep your loved one comfortable and improve their quality of life during their last stages. Woodlands can provide medical services, emotional support, and spiritual resources for your loved one; while also helping family members manage the practical details and emotional challenges of caring for a dying loved one.
