Woodlands’ talented staff is specially trained and prepared to offer a full range of services to allow for your loved one’s greatest independence. Our specialized services are designed to meet the needs of each individual resident and to provide the highest level of comfort. Available services include a variety of rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing services, group activities and nutritional services.

Supportive Services
Our social workers provide a link between Woodlands and the family. A licensed social worker is available to discuss Advance Directives such as a Living Will or Power of Attorney for health care. At discharge, the social worker will help arrange for any special care or equipment the resident might need.
Woodlands understands the importance of nutrition; therefore our full-time Registered Dietician and Certified Chef oversee the daily nutritional needs. Our Residents have the option of enjoying our daily specials or they may order off our menu, if our specials do not appeal to them.

If you live at home but still need therapy, free van transportation is available in the immediate area. For specific details, please contact the Woodlands location nearest you. |
